Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you need to. If you upgrade, the new features will be available immediately. If you downgrade, your current billing cycle will complete before the changes take effect.
What counts as an 'Event'?
An event is any unique gathering with its own landing page and guest list. On Pro and Enterprise plans, you can host multiple concurrent events without restrictions.
How do custom subdomains work?
On the Pro plan, you can choose a unique URL like 'wedding.yourname.com'. We handle all the technical setup, SSL certificates, and hosting automatically.
Are there any hidden transaction fees?
Opalefy does not charge extra transaction fees on top of your plan. However, if you use our ticket sales integration, our payment partners (like Stripe) may apply their standard processing fees.
